A young girl's dream is to slip on ballet shoes and twirl around in a tutu, hoping to grow up into a beautiful dancer. Ms. Kyra McDonald makes those dreams come alive at Walltown Children's Theatre. She has trained in professional dance companies all over the U.S landing at Duke University to continue her education. Durham has been such a welcoming community, leading towards her decision to pass on her knowledge onto the future generation just a few blocks down the street. Kyra leads a dance class with love and care and her students can't wait to come back every week.
